When do I pay?
We first check that the request is within scope. Then we send a secure Stripe payment link before contacting the business.
What happens if the booking cannot be completed?
We refund the $2.99 LocalPing service fee. Availability and third-party decisions remain outside our control.
Are tickets, deposits or the restaurant bill included?
No. $2.99 is the LocalPing service fee. Any merchant charges, tickets, deposits or bills are paid separately.
Which countries do you support?
LocalPing supports local requests in Germany and Mainland China. Service coverage may vary by city and request.
Is this an AI chatbot?
